Chances for CoE EA?

I’m currently a HS senior from NJ. I screwed up so much freshman/sophomore year, but junior year I started working really hard and tried improving my GPA as much as I can. I took one AP Class sophomore year(AP CS A) and am now taking four more(Calc AB, Psychology, Comparative Government, Statistics) and have two B’s. Please, I know things don’t look very good for me, but I just want to know if there is even small chance of me getting admitted. Here are my stats:

Unweighted GPA: 3.08
Weighted GPA: 3.4005
SAT New: 1460(790 Math, 670 English)
Class Rank: School doesn’t provide
EC’s: Boy Scouts(Life Scout, currently working on Eagle Scout Project), Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Two Seasons of Track and Field, 160+ Volunteer Hours

I hate to give you bad news but it would be difficult. I assume you have applied Early Action and will find out tomorrow.

I think you would need to be in-state, a minority, a first generation college student in family, and even legacy to help in every way.
