Chances for Computer Science?

Hey guys, please post up if you have any idea what my chances are getting into undergrad computer science programs at the schools listed in the bottom of the post with my stats:

ACT - 35 Composite (36 in math and science)
ACT Writing - 10
GPA - 4.35
EC:
Debate, Computer Science Club President and National Honor Society (I had to work, so I didn't have the opportunity to join any more)

Prospective Schools (not necessarily in any particular order):
UC Berkeley
MIT
U of I at Champaign Urbana
Stanford
Caltech
University of Wisconsin at Madison
Cornell
Carnegie Mellon

Are any of these schools within my reach?

Also, is it worth retaking the act to get 36? (I have gotten several 36’s on practice tests)

UIUC, Berkeley, Wisconsin, Carnegie Mellon: match

MIT, Stanford, Caltech, Cornell: reach

I don’t think it’s worth retaking the ACT, especially since you have a 36 for math and science

Academics are excellent. If you write really good essays and were heavily involved in your ECs, you have as good a chance as anybody else (if you explain your circumstances well they’ll probably understand)

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=1575372

You have really good ACT and GPA, but I don’t know much about your class rank and APs. Your ECs can also be stronger. Essays and recs are important too, but you didn’t mention them here.
So,
UC Berkeley: Match
MIT: Reach (just because it’s MIT)
U of I at Champaign Urbana:safety
Stanford:Reach (Same reason)
Caltech: Low reach-reach
University of Wisconsin at Madison: Low Match
Cornell: High Match-Low Reach
Carnegie Mellon: Match-High Match

Chance back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1574644-please-chance-my-ed-ea-will-chance-back.html

Carnegie Mellon is NOT a match. Their school of computer science is as hard to get into as MIT
