Your SAT EI is 3848 and ACT EI is 942 based on posted Stats.
For competitive majors (Pre-Nursing) at CSULB, you want to have an EI of 4000+/1000+, so I would say CSULB is a slight Reach.
For Cal State Fullerton, you need an EI of 4200/1000 and for SDSU around a 4300+/1050+ to be competitive.
For SJSU, you need around a 3950/952.
I would look to less impacted campuses (although nursing is impacted at all CSU’s) such as Dominguez Hills, Channel Islands, Bakersfield, Stanislaus and East Bay for the best chances. What is your local CSU, since you will receive priority as a local applicant?
Any chance to retake SAT and ACT to bump up your scores and EI?

CSULA and CSUN would be my local CSUs;(LA County)
Might apply for SAT/ACT December testing, but not likely due to already being late.
Also thinking of applying to MSMU(LA) pre-nursing program-?
CSUN would be my local CSU.
Chance at MSMU(LA) or UCI(+ Good Essay + Additional Comments)?
UCI: Reach
UCI has a 4% acceptance rate for nursing.
Average GPA: 4.03 SAT: 1878 ACT: 28 and nursing will require above average Stats.
MSMU(LA) looks like a Match.
