I have 1400 SAT , weighted GPA 4.4, several community volunteer, and extracurricular activities
Those scores/grades are enough to put you in the running, but there are a lot of other factors you haven’t mentioned/fully described that could make your anything from a long shot to very good.

@Sassupreme, you’re new here, so you don’t know yet how things work, but you should start a new thread for yourself, not jump onto another poster’s question. Good luck!
Oh sorry. Will do!
Hey everyone,
I am applying as a transfer applicant (international), undecided between SFS, College and MSB.
GPA: 3.8, majoring in Economics
SAT: 1420

Your GPA is at the low end of the range GU looks for in transfers, so you should have a really good reason you want to switch to Georgetown. Also, you should have a head start on the curriculum for the school you’re applying to, especially for the SFS: do you have any language coursework?
With that said, the fact that you are considering the College, MSB, and SFS makes me wonder how sure you are about what you want to do at Georgetown. The MSB core curriculum has a lot of very business specific classes like accounting and marketing that you usually wouldn’t take at all in the College or SFS, which are more similar to each other. (The only real differences between IECO in the SFS and Econ in the college are the schools’ core curriculums).
If you can put together a really good narrative about why you want to switch to Georgetown, and keep up your grades etc, you’d definitely have a chance.
Hi guys,
