Chances for Georgia Tech? High GPA, average SAT

I'm a senior in the state of Georgia, and I have started applying to colleges; mainly GA Tech, UGA, and GSU. My top school is GA Tech, but I'm not sure I will get in or not. My intended major is Computer Science, and GA Tech is probably one of the best in my region.

My HS GPA: 3.915
Taken all honors, and 5 AP Classes in my high school career (3 APs as a senior right now)
SAT Scores:
600 Math
570 Writing
480 Reading

Cumulative: 1650

I'm not originally from the United States, and I think that's the main reason the SAT is tough for me. I can do fine in high school classes, but standardized tests are a pain.

Do you think I will be accepted into GA Tech with those SAT scores and that GPA?

If not, would GSU or Southern Poly. be better to transfer to GA Tech?
Please help, thank you!

I applied early admission and I find out this Friday from both Tech and UGA. We have somewhat similar stats. Your GPA is higher than mine, but my SAT is a lot higher than yours. My school is a very difficult prep-shcool so we have like 10 AP classes and I’ve only taken 3. I also aplied to GA State, but if someone interested in technology got denied from Tech I think Southern Polytech would be a better bet than GSU because it is easier to transfer from there(more recognizable, easier to transfer credits).
