<p>You're most likely in, good chance at Honors (if you are applying to the college of LSA) and possible merrit scholarship since you are in-state.</p>
<p>match (GPA is low, but in-state, so it's fine). Don't think honors or money though, I'd think those would be reserved for people with slightly higher ACT and GPA, but it's still possible. good luck, though I don't think you'll need it.</p>
<p>Honestly, I don't know much about the honors at UM. I think they take a top % from all of the applicants and put them in honors, but normally it is like the top 5-8% of those admitted (though that is based on my knowledge with other various institutions, not specifically UM). So it just depends on the applicant pool. I would think you have a shot, but don't know how great. Especially since LSA is such a big program, that's where most people apply. It depends on essays and stuff as well.</p>

<p>I know a girl who had a 18 and a 3.8 at king HS in DET.
They gave her a full ride, but here is the kicker...
at king 50% of your grade is attendance, so if you come to class, and get a 50% on every single assignment, you still get a 2.0</p>
