Chances for me for UT (Not Top 10%)

Well, I know that my grades are really low, but I have no one to blame but myself on that part, but can you guys tell me what are the odds that I'll make it into UT, or will I probably just get Capped?

High School Weighted GPA: 4.9 out of 6.0

Rank: 106/650 (But I'm planning to probably jump several ranks higher my senior year)

Where?: In-state

SAT Scores: 2140, 1460 in CR/Math (Would aiming for a 2200+ or 2300+ significantly improve my chances?)

EC:
President of Interact
President of school's photography club
Founder of ASIA
100+ hours of community service
Member of EHS, NHS, SNHS

Senior Year Schedule:
Bio AP
Phys AP
English AP
Psych AP
Spanish IV AP
Humanties
Calculus BC AP

What do you suggest that I do in order to boost my chances, or would it be too late to do anything else? Please be honest!

Edit:

World History, US History, Government, Economics, English Lang

Will Take:

75% accepted

You have a great sat score, good ec’s, and a bunch of ap classes. So obviously the only thing to do is to improve your grades/class rank.

I don’t know what your chances are, but I know that in my school, very few outside the top 10% got into UT. One of my closest friends was one of these and he got in Cockrell(hard to get into) thanks to his sat score of 2190. Too bad he is going to a&m.

IMHO, no chance because class rank matters so much

Don’t get down on yourself! I was accepted into the school as well as McCombs when I was outside of the top 10%. You’re going to be nervous and anxious about whether you get in each and everyday, but I think that you have a good chance of being accepted. You have similar ECs to me except I had a lot of sports in there too so that may have helped me, but you have a higher SAT score than I did. Your leadership in clubs looks great and your senior schedule is challenging which should help a lot. My bet is that you’ll be accepted! And let me tell you, it feels GREAT knowing that you got accepted because of you and your accomplishments instead of just being automatically admitted. I wish you the best of luck and if you have any questions, feel free to message me!!
