chances for Northeastern, BU (ED), U miami please (all reach schools)?

<p>Can any of you tell me what my chances are you getting into my dream schools? </p>

<p>GPA :
UW 3.1/4 (ouch i know)
W: 3.6/5</p>

<p>SAT: 2140 (CR 690, M 700, W 790)
APs: Lang, Chem, Bio- 3
Euro 4</p>

<p>My school is a tough school in FL. Don't need any financial aid.</p>

<p>plans:
I will take 3 subject tests (math level 2, molecular bio, chem) and an ACT. November scores are accepted by the schools and will help if they're good.</p>

<p>I will apply to each school for easiest major to get into at each school (except BU)</p>

<p>Boston University ED, undeclared college of arts and sciences (very important, there's different applicant pool for each college/major)
Northeastern University EA undeclared
Miami EA undeclared arts and sciences
U Mass Boston rolling admission </p>

<p>U South Florida (ACCEPTED!), U Central Florida, Loyola of Chicago, Florida State all take rolling admissions. after first quarter grades ill apply to the last 3</p>

<p>I think you have an excellent shot at UM. I even think you have a good chance to get some good merit money. Shoo in at UCF, should be invited to their honors college also. You’re also good at Rollins and could have a big merit reward (about 25k iirc). Good luck!</p>

<p>If your SAT scores are correct…then the overall score should be 2180, not 2140.</p>

<p>Boston University and Northeastern are NOT AT ALL reaches for you, given your statistics. In fact, I would list them as low matches or even safeties for you, especially since you applied to BU early decision, and NEU early action.</p>

<p>NU and BU are not safeties with a 3.1 UW GPA.</p>

<p>Actually, you’re right. I, for some reason, did not take notice of the GPA.</p>
