White Male, small private school in South Carolina that sends 3-4 kids to top schools every year (out of like 80).
Applying to Georgetown SFS EA, UNC Chapel Hill (Morehead) EA, Dartmouth, Princeton, UPenn CAS, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Amherst, Swarthmore, Duke, and Tulane</p>

AP: USH 5, Bio 5, Euro 5, Eng Lang 5
GPA: W-4.71
School doesn't rank
9 AP's at graduation (I got a check plus next to most rigorous course load)</p>

National Merit Semifinalist, AP Scholar with Distinction, Honorable Mention in IUPUI National Poetry Contest, Published in Teen Ink (national teen poetry magazine), Sewanee Book Award for Creative Writing, Excellence in Community Service Award, Award for AP Euro (highest grade), Winner of School Short Fiction Contest, National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society(Secretary)</p>

Varsity Cross Country: 9,10,11,12- Captain, All State, All Region, Regional Champion, Featured in SC High School Sport's Report, MVP, Coach's Cup

Upper School Vestry- 11,12 4 students are picked in junior year to lead the religious life at the school (our school is episcopalian)

<p>who knows. it’s really impossible to see who’s getting in and who’s not with the ivies. I’d say your in at 2nd tiers, though, like Vandy, Duke, and Georgetown. (just guestimating from my own school’s scattergrams). good luck! </p>

<p>Hey, I think you are in at Georgetown, UNC, Vandy, Swarthmore, and Tulane and probably Duke and Amherst as well. The rest are reaches, but you are a very strong applicant, and will most likely get into at least one of those ivies. Good luck!</p>
