Chances for Stanford/ Ivy League

These schools are mine and my family's only hope.
I'm currently in the US on a F2 visa. My mother is on a F1 and is currently waiting for her Visa Number in order to be a Permanent Resident.
I've come to a realization that there are only three things that will keep me in the US (I love this country, I grew up here and I love the US, I wouldn't go to any country other than it)
1. The DREAM Act passes in the Lame Duck (Pretty Likely) or some type of Immigration Reform that will benefit my situation.
2. My mother gets her Green Card before I turn 21
3. I get accepted into Stanford or an Ivy League school (they are the only schools that offer citizenship blind Financial Aid)
I want to be a Civil or an Immigration attorney.
Will I be able to get into those schools with these:
I have a 3.85 GPA, unweighted. 4.2, weighted.
I am President of the Democrat Club at school
I am in Key Club, S Club, CSF, Environmental Club, Mock Trial, FBLA
I have volunteered for churches, the school, feeds, and the Democrats. I'd say about 30 hours of community service (so far, I plan on taking at least 75 hours by the end of Senior year)
I haven't taken the SAT yet, I am only a sophomore in high school. Let's just say I'll get an average or an above average grade on it.
For my essay, I'm thinking about writing on how my immigration status has affected me. How it inspired me to hope, do better at school, and changed how I view my life and my stay in America. I'm pretty confident on how the essay will turn out. I'm very good in essays and I think the topic is pretty strong.

So, put yourselves in the shoes of an admissions officer at an Ivy League school. What do you think? I have a lot of time left in high school and can definitely make some adjustments. Do I need more extra curricular activities? What should I do?
I appreciate you comments. Thanks.

bump… please?
