Please let me know thoughts on son's chances for above listed schools:
He is a senior in Westchester ny high school
Weighted gpa: 93.5
School does not provide unweighted: including current course load he has taken or is in 5 AP classes: AP World, APUSH, Ap english 11th and 12th, AP Calc; has also taken multiple SUNY/college level courses that are also weighted: physics, Spanish, trig and pre-calc.
Unfortunately his grades in his AP's are not great: 87 ap world; , 88 aPush, english 11th 80; we'll how first half grades go in two AP's this year, but I have a feeling will be similar
SAT - 2120; math 670; CR 740; writing 710. Taking again 11.8.14 with goal of raising math, a better essay (710 writing was despite poor essay score, nailed rest of test with almost perfect score)
ACT: 31 composite: 33 English, 31 science, 33 reading, 28 math
Class rank top 12 percent
Ecs etc

Awaiting reco letters from ap world and physics teacher, guidance counselor; no idea how they will be but probably ok
Still working on his essay
Very nice letter from head of hospital volunteer program
Kid is really smart charming funny, struggles with time management and executive function issues, and lower grades are more reflection of poor time management (losing points for turning papers in late) than his intelligence and ability, and GC and teachers recognize this.
Appreciate your thoughts, input
