Chances for transfer admission?

I'm interested in applying to McGill as a transfer. Actually, I'm applying as a second Bachelor's candidate, but this is treated the same way as a transfer admission. It's most likely that I will apply to the Faculty of Arts.

My composite GPA across all coursework is at least 3.6. It's probably of minimal importance, but my SAT score is over 1400 on a 1600 point scale. I know McGill admissions is very numbers-driven. Are these stats competitive for transfer admissions?

Also, does McGill consider the strength of the institutions at which the GPA was earned? Most of my credits were earned at a community college (similar to a Quebec CEGEP) and an unprestigious private liberal arts college.

In case it changes anything, I'm an International student. McGill is an excellent deal for Americans.

Thanks in advance!

i'm applying as a transfer, though as an incoming junior. we have similiar gpas, and i think we definitely have a shot at getting in. i just wanted to reply and say that they did not ask for more than my college transcript in my application, so i reallllly doubt they'll need your SAT score, HS transcript, etc.
