chances for U of M admission

I am going to be a senior, and I want to apply to U of M's engineering school. I'm instate and a girl.
Class Rank: we don't rank, but this year I got the highest GPA award
cumulative GPA: 4.33
will have taken 3 APs by next year and 2 honors classes
School Type: rigorous, college prep school
ACT: taken twice
composite:27, English: 26, Math: 28, Reading: 28, Science: 27, essay: 9
composite: 28, English: 28 Math: 32, Reading: 27, Science: 25, essay: 10
haven't taken SAT but took SAT II. Should I send these scores too? Math II: 730 and US History 690.
Extra curricular activities: I have my blackbelt and have been doing martial arts for nine years, piano, guitar, 100+ hours of community service, volunteer at hospital, student council (I'm the prefect in charge of community service), Science Olympiad, varsity track, dance, and I also like to do computer programming and robotics for fun. I also have a job every summer which prevents me from doing summer programs.

Other Awards: Each year, at convocation, one to four students earn an award for each subject area determined by highest grades. This year, I won awards for five out of my six classes, got the Xerox technology award from University of Rochester, excellence in community service, and more.

I am worried about my test scores! My school doesn't offer prep courses.

I don’t know if the GPA is weighted or unweighted but if you have mostly A’s and you go to high school that sends a lot of students to U-M then I don’t think the test scores will keep you out. The test scores are less than the median student accepted but more emphasis is placed on grades than test scores. Your math score is high which is the most important component for COE.

I would apply Early Action and try not to lose sleep over the test scores.
