I think I'm set for UNC but ultimately iffy on the other two and am not sure if I should retake the SAT or not. I don't know if I really need to because I scored well on the ACT.

Would send ACT scores only, but everything else looks alright. SAT composite is decent, but the M+V portion is quite a bit below the median/average admitted at Hopkins and Georgetown. One more tip is to try to show passion on your ECs.

I would retake the ACT one more time. 32 is probably good enough but it would help a lot more if you got a 34+. or retake the SAT also for that matter.

Grades are great, EC’s are average, so Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, and UNC are definitely possible but reach schools.

Do you live in North Carolina? If not, then are you aware that UNC (If referring to chapel hill), is just as competitive, if not more so, than Johns hopkins and georgetown for out of state applicants? It is.

I am in state in regards to UNC.

Ok so you’re right you are probably good there. Georgetown and Johns Hopkins are reaches but you have a solid shot
