<p>I would recommend taking the ACT since UIUC is in the midwest.</p>
<p>Regardless, I personally know many people that got accepted into UIUC with far less impressive gpa and course rigor than yourself, I’d call UIUC a low match for you.</p>
<p>3.79 is good enough?
I feel like they look at my grades more because my weighted gpa is bad but my grades in the past few years are really good!</p>
<p>They will look favorably towards the upward trend, and your SAT score is pretty darn good for UIUC. Overall, you have a great chance since you also started four clubs which shows you take initiative.</p>
