Well, you’re oos, which makes it harder/more unpredictable than in-state, but your SAT’s are good (SAT-II’s could’ve been better - I can’t say how they weight them), and your class standing is well in-range. 7 AP’s and honors sounds like a strong-ish curriculum (depending on course selection, of course) - it’s not just quantity, but was it the “most challenging curriculum available?” - but I’m sure you know that.

The “weren’t great” essays and “pretty weak” EC’s make this a tougher call - like most schools that get a lot of applicants, these can help you stand out. Of course, these are you assessments - your adcom might think your essay awe-inspiring.

Clearly, you’re well in-range by most measures - but the essay/EC may hurt you. The oos definitely limits the number of slots available for you. If I had to choose, I’d say ‘admitted’, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised at a waitlist.

Best of luck!
