Chances for Wisconsin, UMich Ann Arbor; UNC Chapel Hill

<p>Planning on applying to a bunch of schools, but here are my top 3: University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and UNC Chapel Hill. I plan on pursuing a major in Marketing/Business Administration.</p>

<p>Weighted GPA: 4.16
Unweighted GPA: 3.87
SAT: 2010 (taking it again in May, aiming for above 2100)
Math: 660; Reading: 650; Writing: 700
ACT: (Taking it in June, aiming for a 32 or higher) </p>

<p>2 APs 11th Grade (English I & US History)
2 APs 12th Grade (English II & Statistics) </p>

<p>National Honors Society, German Honors Society, Tri-M Music Honors Society (Board Member), International Thespian Society (Board Member) </p>

<p>Member & Treasurer of Drama Club since Freshman Year, Men's Choir, Concert Choir </p>

<p>200+ hours of community service (part of a charity group that put on benefit shows to support disabled children; 3 years), Worked as a theater camp counselor (1 year) </p>

<p>Depends on your essays and other factors. My D will similar stats and excellent leadership positions on local and regional level was admitted to UM (legacy) and wait listed at Madison this year. Lots of kids applying to both from our area.</p>

<p>Where is your home state?
Your current SAT is below 25% and your GPA is around admission average for UMich. For Ross at UMich, it would be even more competitive but you may try LSA first. For oos applying LSA, it would be a low reach for now. Try to bring up your test scores and GPA. Wisconsin should be a high match for oos. Your EC is also rather average.</p>
