Thank you for any advice anyone gives me
@jdog2013: Why do you keep making new threads and now under a new name and keeping asking for chances. Make one thread for all your chances and give posters time to respond.
SDSU/CSULB are Matches
UCI: High Match due to major (very competitive)
UCD: High Match-Low Reach (Biology is impacted)
Get your test scores up and you will have a better chance at the UC’s. I would add UCSC and UCR to your list as Match schools.
Your scores are too low for the UC’s.
“I have diversity”??? What does that even mean?
If you are trying to say that you are a URM (underrepresented minority), then it doesn’t matter because the public schools do not use affirmative action to admit students to California universities.
I don’t think you would be competitive for LB and SDSU because of your unweighted GPA, your SAT scores, and because you do not reside in the local area for those universities, but you can apply and see what happens. Make sure you have some back-ups.
I agree, quit making new threads with the same question. Asked and answered.
i think you’ll get into SDSU and CSULB. Davis and UCI could go either way and will depend on your essays.
UCSC and UCR are also viable options
Good luck
