What would you say my chances are? I’m getting very, very anxious about college. Any help is appreciated.

nice dude, Im also a junior in hopes of attending PLME, I think according to “stats” you have a good shot, just work hard this summer doing whatever else you need to do

Your statistics and activities sound good, just add in some personables like activities and hobbies that you like to do. You may also want to look at doing some concrete research. All in all, don’t try to do things that you think will make you marketable to the college, do things that you truly enjoy. In saying that, it seems that you have a good shot.

You are a super candidate for most colleges so you can quell your anxiety! I actually don’t know much about the PLME program although I imagine it is so competitive that many highly qualified students don’t get in. So shoot for it, but don’t worry about not getting good acceptances.

PevertedPig: if you do out the numbers, then PLME is definitely more competitive than HYP and most other universities. For the Brown class of 2014, the PLME acceptance rate was around 5%.
