Chances of getting accepted to Texas A&M?

<p>I am top 27% with a 3.7 GPA. I am an Eagle Scout, 25 Composite ACT (30 writing, 27 Math, which apparently is what A&M looks at), over 200 hours community service. NHS, PALs, Boy Scouts (obviously), involved in multiple organizations.</p>

<p>What are my chances? </p>

<p>If you don't think I'll get full admission, what are my chances of the Gateway program?</p>
