Chances of getting in?

<p>GPA: somewhere between a 3.4-3.7UW (I just transferred to a school with a new GPA system so I'm not sure)
SAT and ACT- I still need to take them but I plan on doing well
Honors English chemistry and American history
I'm planning on taking APs my Senior year
I'm bilingual and Spanish was my first language, I don't speak it perfectly but understand it very well and can carry on a conversation.

SALTT club(works with migrant kids in our area)
Founder and president of a club that does shoe and clothes drives to Congo

Varsity cross country
Either running track or playing varsity men's volleyball this spring
Competing in the sport of competitive jump rope(9 years), AAU junior Olympic overall champion, national champion, 3rd place at the world championships with team USA in hong kong, I was the flag bearer in the opening ceremony. and participated in the 87th annual macys thanksgiving day parade
For my competitive local team I am the coaches assistant and team captain
(Still have clubs to join because I just started the new school)
Over 100 community service hours</p>

<p>Honestly I think your SAT/ACT will make or break you. The GPA is good if you’ve had a difficult courseload. Otherwise, I’d try to bump it up. Also, do you know your class rank? That also will put your GPA to perspective. </p>

<p>I got a really good sat tutor and am beginning this week. My class rank is somewhere around top 40% and I’ve gotten over a 4.0 this first quarter and currently have well over a 4.0 for this quarter </p>

<p>It can depend on what major you apply to. On the NCSU application, you have to choose which major you’re applying for. Some majors are easier to get into than others. </p>
