Do I have chances of getting into nyu AD if my sat score is 2060 but my o levels results and a level transcript is good. I have also done many community service activities and organised a few myself. Moreover, I have a done a couple of internships.

NYU AD: Reach

So no chance? Even if my essay is good?

It’s not “no chance” per se, but more like somewhere in the 0-20% range.

Do you know anyone who got a sat score lower than 2100 and got into a reach school?

I do! A family member- into NYU, a reach school, with a 2020 SAT. It can happen so don’t give up! Good luck!

Yeah. SAT isn’t the only thing that proves how capable you are for a university. A lot of people have outstanding SAT scores but they do not get in. I know someone who got 2400. He got rejected from yale. And I know someone else who got 2100 and he is studying into harvard on a 100% scholarship with a monthly stipend. When I read his essay, I was impressed. I guess that was what got him in.
| I guess your leadership potential and personality are the two major traits which gets you into a good university.
Besides, NYU is a test optional school.
