These are some of the major activities i have done.
Please tell me what are my chances of getting into the above mentioned universities.
Thanks

Very interesting ECs. Your SAT is on the low side for several of these schools. UIUC overall admit rate is high but computer science is more competitive. Your grades?

Hard to tell without knowing the courses you have taken in 10th and 11th grade, and are projected to take in 12th grade, as well as your GPA/grades for those courses.

I agree that your SAT is on the lower side for the schools you listed above, particularly their business schools.

You wrote “Maths”. Are you an international applicant?

For UMich, you do need to bring up your SAT scores by at least a couple hundred points. Right now, it is 100 below the 25th percentile. Ross (business school) pre-admission is very competitive.

Yeah I am an international applicant. Plus my school doesn’t rank and also it doesn’t offer AP classes. My GPA is around 3.9/4 and I think I will be able to maintain it.

So do I have any chance of getting into at least one of these?

I can kinda fill you in for umich: preadmission for business is very competitive but you have a shot at lsa since your ECs are strong. Michigan likes good essays, so you can definitely do a good one on all your volunteer work. But raise your SAT to at least 2050. What’s your gpa/course load?

My goal is 3.9. I am an international student with an Indian board, but my course load included the toughest classes in maths, physics, chemistry, computer along with hardcore experiments. What is lsa? @ThaiGiraffe

Gpa*

Literature, Science, and Art. You can apply to Ross after freshmen year as the program starts in sophomore. The sophomore acceptance rate is around 40%. But your current score is still too low for LSA.

Lsa is the college of literature, science, and the arts. Usually people aren’t admitted to ross (the business school) until sophomore year, so you may spend a year there first. Being a minority with a heavy course load + good gpa

“Being a minority with a heavy course load + good gpa” whom are you talking about @ThaiGiraffe I am not a minority!

Sorry, for some reason that comment posted to the wrong thread

Oh. Then it’s fine.
