Chances of getting into Texas Colleges (Rice, UT, A&M, and Baylor)

Hello,
So I am a high school student (I’m a junior) from Lebanon. I lived in Houston, Texas till I was 11.
I’m hoping to know my chances to a few colleges in Texas.
Rice, University of Texas at Austin, A&M, and Baylor.

I have a 2060 on the SAT (I’ve only taken it once, I’m hoping to take it again and higher my score to a 2100)
My class rank is 1 so I am definitely in the top 10% and will most likely graduate as valedictorian.
I plan to sit for the Chemistry, Physics 1, and Math AB AP exams this May.
I have minima EC’s: MUN, a few Math competitions and working with the Red Cross.

I have taken AP Physics, AP Chem, AP Math, AP Bio, and AP French
I’m not sure of my weighted or unweighted GPA but my averages through out highschool have all been around 92-94 (the system here is a bit different)

I also plan to sit for the SAT 2 exam in Chemistry, Biology and Physics.

If anyone has any clue about my chances please respond.
Thank you!

You may have heard this before but there is a top 10% rule in Texas. All public colleges and universities automatically accept anyone who lives in Texas and is in the top 10% of their graduating class. I am a senior in Texas and visited both A&M and Baylor. A&M and UT both are public and will admit anyone who is in Texas and in the top 10%. If you weren’t in the top 10% it would be much harder to get in as both A&M and UT are super competitive. I honestly don’t know much about Rice. However Baylor looks at the overall student. With your ranks and scores i would say you have a great shot at getting in. My advice is to definitely apply early admission by Nov. 1. I did and was accepted before December. After November 1st slots have filled up and it gets more competitive. I hope this helps.
