Chances of getting into the UCF Film School

I am currently a high school junior and am very interested in film. I live in Florida and really want to go to UCF. I am scheduled to talk with my college guidance consoler in February (that was the earliest date I could get) but I feel like that will be too late. Here are my details:

I was in the International Baccalaureate program at a local high school for my freshman and sophomore year, but this year I have transferred to a gifted high school (left for personal reasons, didn't fail out).

My weighted/weighted core GPAs are the following:
9th- 3.6/3.3, all classes were Pre-IB or honors
10th- 3.6/3.4 all classes were Pre-IB except for 1 (AP Human Geography got an A for the year)
11th(1st quarter)- 3.7/3.3, two honors and 1 AP (U.S. History)
My second quarter isn't finished until January, but I currently have a 4.0/3.75
In honors physics I am on the verge of an A and pre-calculus I am on the verge of a B so it could end up being 4.3/4.25 at the highest.

I'm taking the SAT in January, but am usually a fairly good standardized test taker. I will be taking the ACT in February.

I am currently a member of two clubs and in the process of creating a film club and will be the president. I was a member of a club at my old school for two years before I left.

I have over 160 community service hours and have interned at my local TV station. I am planning on more volunteering and interning over this summer.

I am a good artist and I have a decent portfolio that is getting better each week. I am also starting to shoot a short film and have another in mind that I can use for my portfolio.

Again, I go to a gifted high school that is highly acclaimed around the country (Has been in either the top 10 or top 20 best high schools according to Newsweek for the last few years). A lot of kids there want to become doctors or engineers and it is known to be a rigorous school.

By the end of this year, I will have completed all my necessary math and science courses for high school graduation and have already completed all my necessary foreign language courses last year. I have to take my fourth history class online (ins't offered to seniors at my new school but I need it for graduation) and need to take my fourth English class and two electives at school to reach all my credits. I have 6 class school day, and I have to take English and two electives. I, as stated before want to be a film major. Would it look bad to UCF if I took creative writing as my English (I can write screenplays as an alternative to short stories) and 5 art classes (AP art, photography 2, TV production, and 2 others like ceramics or AP Art History)? I'm not doing because of senior-itus or because I don't think colleges will look at my senior year. I'm doing it because I am an artsy person who wants to spend the rest of his life and career making movies, writing screenplays, creating costumes, and drawing storyboards. I'm doing because it will benefit me in my future career choices.

So, what is the verdict? Do I have a chance? Is it a sure thing or is there just no way? Please help me out and give me your opinions or any information on the school you personally know about or have found online (except the UCF website, been there a thousand times). Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!
