@Jillianaa, are you aware of the costs to attend a UC as an OOS student?
That’s always my first question because it is so expensive - $60 K per year. Can your parents afford that? The UCs are public schools for California residents. That means no financial aid is given to out-of-state students: no scholarships, grants, nothing.
Also without the SAT or an ACT it would be really hard to see your chances. The UC‘s require one year of a course in a visual and performing arts do you have the coursework yet?
I’m aware of the cost also yes I have taken a year of chorus
Here is the UCI Freshman profile from last year. You need to calculate your UC GPA at the end of Junior year and have some test scores to gauge your chances. What is your intended major? UCI admits into the University first and then into your major and they do consider your alternate major also.

Also as an OOS applicant, you can only use AP/IB or DE courses taken in your 10-11th grades for the extra Honors points in the calculation. HS Honors classes are not eligible for these honor’s points. UCI will use the capped weighted UC GPA (8 Semesters of extra honors points).
