Intended Major/Field of study:
Health Policy, Dietetics, PoliSci, Public Policy or Nutrition. Possibly double major in biology.
Since you mention Beaverton, I’m assuming you’re from Oregon. OSU and UO will give you a quality education for less than the price of a UC/CSU. 25,000 a year for your in-state option compared to 65,000 for a UC. Cal Poly would be close to 50,000 for OOS.
There are also 2 Cal Poly’s: San Luis Obispo and Pomona. SLO is a tougher admit than Pomona.
For SLO, you need to calculate your CP GPA which is 9-11th a-g course grades and a cap of 8 semesters extra Honors points for AP/IB classes taken 10-11th only. HS Honors courses are not considered for the extra points as an OOS applicant. Pomona uses the capped weighted UC GPA which equals the capped weighted CSU GPA.
For UCB or any UC, the UC GPA calculation is 10-11th grades for the a-g courses, 8 extra honors points for the capped weighted as described above and the fully weighted is unlimited honors points for above 8 semesters of the AP/IB courses.

As stated above, unless you have a healthy college budget, California CSU’s and UC’s will be pricey.
The outlier on your list is Pepperdine. Why and are you aware of the heavy religious emphasis for this campus?
Yeah, I will apply their as safety schools but they are definitely not my first choice. I am really hoping to go out of state even if that means an expensive tuition.
Thanks for the link, I will definitely look into that. As of right now, I am not too worried about the price, more so trying to see where I can get into. I don’t mind the religious aspect of schools as long as I am getting a good education.
