Chances of Transferring to UCLA and UCB

Hi there

I am a Chinese immigrant student (permanent resident) majoring at English. I applied to both UCLA and UCB. I have a 3.7 overall GPA and I am in the TAP program. I also have plenty extra curriculum and bunch of volunteers done. What will be my chances for getting into those schools?
