<p>I am a freshman Biology major at Virginia Tech. The first semester here I got a 3.95 gpa. My high school GPA is only a 3.8 but I got a 1350 SAT and a 30 on my ACT. I would be applying to UNC as an out of state student. I am just curious about my chances to transfer in, as I know out of state kids have it extremely hard getting in there. Thanks.</p>
