Chances on USC, BU, SC?

This is basically a copy paste, updated a bit.
Just wondering if I have a shot in Boston University, University of Southern California and Swarthmore.

I have horrid stats due to major earthquake in which we lost almost all of our family (9th to 10th), homelessness due to parents losing their jobs, and PTSD + stress/anxiety (especially with tests) during my junior year.
Stats:
GPA: 3.3~3.5 UW; W - not sure
SAT: 1330; 1650
SAT II: Bio: 540 Math II: 600 Japanese: 740
ACT: 23
APs:
AP Government - taking
AP Chemistry - 3
AP Japanese -5

Our school doesn't offer many APs, sadly.

ECs: Gymnastics and Ballet for 10 years
Japanese Club, National Honors Society - 9th grade only, had to leave due to circumstances
Chinese Club, FBLA (Recently received 1st place; changed to reflect such.), DECA, Chess Club, Astronomy, Key Club

Essays: Pretty great.
Recs: Excellent (GCs know about my situation, teachers were glad to do my recs)

Hooks: 600+ hours in community service, first generation, multilingual in four languages, African-American, I did an interview with USC (don't know if that factors in), legacy in Swarthmore, trip to Japan.

I also submitted a letter of extenuating circumstances in the additional information, and may send in a personal letter towards USC.

Just a quick bump. Ugh why am I so anxious?

BU: Reach
USC: Reach
Swarthmore: Reach

I believe this list is unrealistic… get yourself a safety if you’re not already in somewhere. But I suggest you put your act together at a safety and then apply at those places as a junior-level transfer.

Ah! Thanks~ and yeah already got safeties. If I don’t get in I’ll probably take a gap year or try something. I mean grades were ranging from As~Bs and Cs but I had a lot going with losing nearly half my family.
