Chances OOS?

-4.0 gpa
-All honors classes + 2 APs 9-12 grade
-SATs 1210/1600 (not great I know)
-good letters of rec., one was from a former college eng. professor
- Part of the Academy of Finance, a business program in my school. (only 24 kids selected out of whole school)
-Total of 26 college credits at end of year
-Worked at golf course and had an intership at a bank over the summer.
- 51/632 in class rank- top 8%
- National Honor Society, Science, Math, English, Social Studies, Business, Technology & World Language Honor Societies
- Perfect attendance for 8+ years
- Part of 4 clubs at school, on Varsity Crew team for 2 years
- Tons of volunteer service: ambulance youth corps, tutor, AARP Tax-Aide Program, usher at church, guiding eyes for the blind, and people to people.</p>

<p>I'm nervous because I'm out of state and my SATs weren't good.</p>

<p>I think you have a shot at it. OOS is trickier, but you have lots of extras.</p>

<p>If the GPA is 4.0/4.0 you have a good chance.</p>

NY has really good schools!</p>

<p>well I did get accepted to Albany, Binghamton, Marist and Siena, but I can’t stand the cold weather.</p>

Tally is really cold in the winter, but it doesn’t snow like NY.</p>

<p>how cold? anything above 40 is warm for me lol thats what winter in NY does to you.</p>

<p>Honestly, I would retake your SAT, but other than that, you should be fine. That’s really the only thing that I could see being a problem… And it might not even be. Good luck!</p>
