SAT II US history 700
AP US exam 5 A for class
AP Psychology exam 4 b+ for class

will have taken 6 AP's and 2 honors classes by graduation

Have very few ECs' but have approximetly 100 hours of communuity service will applt to CAS most likely RD, please any response will be welcomed just be honost, I dont mind the truth I just want to know if its worth while sending an application

your stats are low, but people get in for all different reasons, so if you really want to, apply, you have to apply to get it. You seem strong in History. What major were you thinking of? By the way, best of luck

Crazy: NYU is going to be a reach for you.

If NYU is your first choice, I'd strongly advise to you apply ED to maximize your chances, the RD round wil be much more cutthroat. If you apply RD, you'd be wise to retake the SAT and try to add a few SAT II's in subject areas you're good in.

Your GPA and lack of EC's is going to hurt you, see what you can do to improve in those areas. Also, you should really try to write a steller essay and get excellent reccs--you need something on the app. that will work in your favor.

It's going to be a reach for you, but you never know.

i really wouldn't advise you to apply ed because of nyu's financial aid issues. if money is no issue, go for it...it would maximize your chances...but still...

wow, maybe you have a chance, but I think you will wind up in one of those private schools full of millionaires. not NYU, BUT GOOD LUCK, WE LOVE EVERYONE

yes i realize its a REACH a huge reach school would be somewhere i dont even have the lower 25% for SAT SCores my score of 1280 out of 1600 is definitley above the lower range, so THeres no way NYU is a HUGE REACH u fruitcake

crazy...if u dont think itll be a huge reach..but u think it will be a reach...why do u even ask what ur chances are if u obviously have a good idea?!

"but I think you will wind up in one of those private schools full of millionaires"

You obviously don't know NYU that well.

Crazy: I suggest you apply ED to maximize your chances. The RD round is much more competitive (even a good portion of GSP spots are filled in the ED round).
