<p>want to apply for industrial engineering at rice (industrial engineering called something else there), umich ann arbor, and berkeley. what are my chances applying to those schools/ chances at merit based scholarship?</p>

<p>Good chance of being admitted to Rice. The Rice merit scholarships are largely leadership based.</p>
