Chances to get in?

Hi everyone! I am applying to USC this year as a senior and was wondering what you all thought about my chances! I plan to major in Broadcast Journalism and SC is absolutely my first choice school!!

I have interviewed with Annenberg and have met my territory manager twice!! I have told her flat out that if I am accepted, I will 100% be there for the Fall 2013 term!

Stats:

ACT: 31 Super score (30 highest composite)
SAT Subject Tests: Math 1 - 740, Math 2 - 600, US History - 600
GPA-UW/W: 3.81/3.95
Rank: 73/500
AP/IB classes: European History (4 - 10th grade), US History (3) and Lang (4) Environmental Science (Senior year)

Subjective:
Essays: I'm extremely proud of it!! I demonstrates who I am and it was edited multiple times!
Teacher Recs: Should be pretty good
Counselor Rec: Know and love my counselor! He's been there for me all year and knows exactly what I've been going through - at our last meeting he said he would write me "a hell of a letter of recommendation"

*** On a side note, I had a tough junior year with my dad relocating and me staying where I am and my brother going off to college. I attached a note to the common app letting admissions know that this affected my junior year (hence the C in Calculus A) but I have bounced back and my academics are on track. I plan to receive all A's this and next semester ***

So, what do all you guys think? My parents can pay full tuition and won't receive any money from FAFSA. USC is my dream!

Bumping it up!

With thousands applying again this year it is impossible to guess which seniors will be admitted. Did you take the SAT examination? SC will accept the highest score from either test.

On this board we cannot read your essays or view the counselor recommendation. The admissions committee does consider the entire application.
