Chances to Harvey Mudd with okay ECs and bad writing score

Hi! I was interested in applying for Harvey Mudd because of its small size and student culture. I know it's one of the hardest LACs to get into, but I really want to get into this school as opposed to a large engineering school like Georgia Tech (I live in Georgia)

-Asian male, 12th grade
-Unweighted GPA: 3.97 (1 B in my freshman year chemistry class)
-ACT score: English: 36/ Math: 33/ Reading: 35/ Science: 35/ Writing: 7 out of 12 (I do plan on retaking it one more time in December)
-Class rank: 13 out of 800
-AP classes with AP exam scores: 10th grade: AP World (4), AP Stat (5), AP Environmental Science (5)/ 11th grade: AP Physics (5), AP US History (4)/ 12th grade: AP Lang, AP Biology, AP Macro/gov, AP Calc BC.
-SAT II scores: Math II: 800/ Physics II: 800/ US History II: 760

My SAT scores were bad, so I do not plan on sending them, (they're 730 reading, 700 math, 560 writing), but will they get suspicious if I only send in my SAT II scores and ACT scores?

I'm very bad at timed essays, which explains the poor scores on the history AP exams and standardized writing scores.
My common app essay right now is a bit short, but I think it's pretty good.

I think my letters of recommendation will be average

ECs:
Clarinet:
-Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony (a really nice wind ensemble in Atlanta) member 10th to 12th grade
-All-State Band (for Georgia) participant for 6 consecutive years, consistently placing in high chairs (1st to 5th)
-Tutored children for a church orchestra
-Gwinnett County Youth Orchestra member 9th grade
-Governor's Honors Program (a terrific state-sponsored summer camp similar to programs like Duke TIP where students interview for a spot in a major in different subjects, like music for me) participant- 11th grade

Clubs:
-Science Olympiad: varsity team member, competed in State and National championships and placed 3rd in two of the State competition events.
-Robotics: Team leader, state competition finalist and world championship participant
-NHS: Joined just to pad my apps, nothing much for this club

Community Service:
-Clarkston refugee tutoring ministry: a volunteer organization where high school students tutor underprivileged refugee children in Clarkston. Helped initiate and run a student-ran fundraiser to raise school supplies and money for the children here.

I think Harvey Mudd is a reach college for me, and I'm applying to UGA as a safety, Georgia Tech, and Carnegie Mellon.

I think you have a decent chance, your stats are quite good. I don’t know if your writing score will hurt you much. I would not send your regular SATs unless they require all scores (they have changed back and forth on that, I believe, so you need to check the website). Be sure you read their mission statement carefully and think about it as you write your essays. Mudd isn’t just looking for STEM whizzes, they want students who see more to life than just that (but being a STEM whiz does not hurt!). Your chances are decent, good luck.
