Chances?

you have a good shot - mainly because you're a urm....especially at places like UPenn...

you're only a sophomore so don't worry about it too much....try raising the ACT score a tad.

So I have a decent chance, what about Wharton?

decent chance there too...though less so..just because of it's so selective....
Also, your chances may be slightly diminished at Wharton because you don't have much of a Business background. Much of EC list is health/science related....

like I said, no need to worry, you have a lot going for you

If your grades follow an upward trend and you improve a little on standardized tests then you should have a pretty good shot. To Wharton...it may be a reach.

what is with all these sophomore/freshmen asking for chances...? that said, u stand a decent chance at wharton

it's because "The Insanity" increases expontentially every year....

LadyinRed...that is sooo true! :-) I dont care about Wharton...U penn is u penn!

"expontentially every year...."

it's more like, logistically

wait...its the same thing nvm lol

no it's not... logistically has a cap, in that sense u are correct as the population cannot sustain that many people... exponentially is forever growing without bound!

sorry, what does URM stand for?

URM = Under-Represented Minority...Hispanics, Blacks, and American Indian for example.

true...logistically has a cap...
but then again...I was talking about the total amount of insanity...not the number of people who can be considered insane...so it's exponentially...

wow...discussing this makes me such a pathetic person...

right, but my post was in response to chanman's* and no it doesn't, it makes u a cool mathy person

It doesn't make you a pathetic person! Cheer up!
