Im currently a junior, who won a scholarship through the CBYX program (Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange, kind of competitive, here's a link usagermanyscholarship.org) so I have yet to take my SAT's, but my teachers who taught me German (before I went to live in Germany for a year) referred me to here, and told me to start thinking about colleges. When I come back to the USA,I will be returning to my very small town which has about 1800 students in the entire school system. My school offers maybe 5 AP classes, with no IB, so I am hoping I'm not limited because of my high school. The majority of my school doesn't go to college (about 70%) while the rest is split up between Virginia Tech, Randolph and community college.

GPA- 3.9
Rank- 11/250
PSAT's- Top 5% in all of the subjects
AP's- European History-3(Best in my school), Psychology-4. I will also take the German AP here in Germany on a military base
EC- CBYX( my entire junior taken out for this), Debate Team, Academic Club, and several car clubs

My senior year should have all of my AP's (6 AP's) and I will retake my SAT, and ACT (mainly because when I take it now, my english portion will really suck!) when I come back stateside. My school only offers Calculus as a senior course, and I will be busy trying to catch up with my other subjects, so Calculus is something I will not be able to do.

If those colleges are out of my reach, what are some that you would recommend? My father is an alumni of University of Michigan- Ann Arbor so I have no idea if this will impact anything.

Thanks for the help!
