<p>Chill out. This is like the 4th time this month that you posted about your chances. I somewhat remember your stats, and I'm sure you'll get in, especially since you're in-state. As I recall, other people have also told you that you'll most likely get in. Other people speculating about your chances will not do you any good. You already know what your weakness is, GPA. So finish off your final semester as a junior with strong grades, study hard for your finals. When you come back after summer break, try to improve your grades. Or actually, as I recall, you've already improved your grades, it was just the sophomore year that bit you in the ass. You can't do anything about it. Sophomore year has been over! You've done well since then. Get some summer experiences under your belt. They give you a lot to write about in your essays. Keep getting good grades. Study for the SATs. I'm not sure if UNC even takes SATIIs into account, but I know you can enter them into your application and they come with your score report. Trust me, you'll fare well in the applicant pool. If you're still worried about your chances, make sure you apply to a safety or two. If you're posting for someone else, disregard this post. People like you worry me sometimes; you'll be fine, life is good :D .</p>
