Chances with Mid-Year

I posted this in another thread, but I think here will be better. All these things about three admissions officers checking your app, and if one thinks you're boaderline you get a mid-year request. Anyway, I got a mid-year request, and i was hoping someone would give me an idea of my chances with my mid-year's factored in.

Stats
My school dosn't follow the 4.0 scale, but the 100 scale. And it really dosn't weight that much, 1.03 for honors and 1.06 for AP.
Avg-94.7 (Fresh-96.5, Soph-92.5, Junior- 93.5)
SAT: 710 CR 660 WR 740 M
SATII: 660 US 650 World 720 MathI
ACT: 30
AP US: 4
Good to Very Good Recs and ECs
The one thing that reallllly hurts me is i'm not in the top10%, I'm like in the 30's out of 220. But I looked under collegeboard.com and it said USC dosn't use class rank that strongly, but idk.

Mid Year (my school goes by quarters, so the numbers go 1st qtr, 2nd qtr, midterm test grade)
AP English 95, 92, 90
Govt- 94, 94, 95
AP Bio- 90, 90, 91
Pre-Calc- 94, 94, 90
AP Chem- 90, 88, 83
Church History-90, 90, 93
Gym*- 100, 95
1st Qtr Avg 96 2nd Qtr Avg 95
* is required by the school.
FYI the school limits the number of AP courses in senior year to three.

Any thoughts?!?

Most people on these boards talk about unweighted GPA based on a 4.0 scale. I know some schools do it like yours (Texas and others). In CA, many are not familiar with your scale so I don't know if you will get much response on these message boards.

Luckily, USC knows how to interpret your scores. Your SAT is decent and being out of state could help you.

I don't know why you're stressing,

look, you got all A's except one B. You're way beyond fine.

You're applying to USC, not Harvard.

If you didn't like your rank, you could have chosen not to give USC your rank.

^ and a couple of my friends still got into Harvard with a couple of Bs. go figure :D

They would have seen my rank anyway, my school reports it on the transcript.
