Chances?

Hi guys! I'm new to this but I'll do it anyway.

I am a senior from Long Island. I scored a 1990 on my SAT overall. 650 on the math, 650 on the reading, and 690 on the writing. On my ACT, I scored a 31. I have a 4.0 GPA. Top 20 and Top 10% of my grade. By the end of senior year, I will have taken 8 AP classes and so far, I haven't scored below a 4. I'm in the National Honor Society and the National Science Honor Society. I am also heavily involved in other clubs and am a leading role in the play this year. I founded a PB&J club and we make sandwiches for the local soup kitchen. I am planning on studying biology.

What do you guys think?

Did you apply EA to UM or were you going Regular Decision? Is UM your first choice or a top choice? Did you visit campus and fall in love with it? Your scores sound very competitive and based on what we saw last year would most likely get you admitted. So hard to guess about scholarships with the higher ranking, and SO many high scoring students applying to UM.

You are in. Seriously…don’t worry.
