I know my scores are low, but I am hopeful. My realization for how important education is, decided to hit me on my last year of high school :\
I know I am going to have to write a really good essay
I would recommend, possibly retaking the ACT, also since your OOS, it would be in your best interests to either meet or exceed the minimum requirements, so you would need a GPA around a 3.7 or an ACT of at least 25, if you’re really set on going to school in Washington you could apply to Washington State, and then always transfer.
