Hi… I wanted some feedback as I wait to hear back from Penn State. I have a 27 on the ACT. I have a 3.3 unweighted GPA. I
I have shown improvement since freshman year. I am in several clubs. I play two varsity sports. My school is also vert competitive/highly ranked. I applied for early action to the main campus and entry to the summer program, and I have shown interest in Penn State by both visiting and sending an email to them regarding an update of my grades and restating my interest in Penn State. What are my chances? Thanks!
Depends a lot on what your Weighted GPA is. FYI - Penn State doesn’t track interest in any way so that won’t matter and they also don’t consider grade trends so that also won’t help. If your weighted GPA is a bit higher you have a good shot for summer at least.
