<p>You seem like a fairly strong candidate for Rice, but it is very hard to predict who they will and won't accept. The valedictorian from my class was rejected, but 3 other people from my school were accepted. I suggest that you spend lots of time on your essays and do the optional interview if you interview well.</p>
