Chances

Major: Managment Science
GPA: 3.02(3.1 or 3.2 after spring)
EC: HITE/AGS/Tutor/Work/Community Service
IGETC: DONE

Unless you're in-state and get around 2100+ on the SAT I's, it doesn't look too pleasing.

I am in state

Whats your UC GPA. Even if its not you UC GPA; its kinda low...

I agree with Oyama: if that's your UC GPA you'll probably need an above average SAT score to compensate.

Doesn't UCSD offer guaranteed transfer admission for CCC students?

Anyway, you might want to post in the transfer forum since the posters there are more familiar with transfer stats.

Ya my SAT score is irrelevant since Im a CC transfer. And that is my UC GPA. UCSD does offer guaranteed acceptance under TAG, that is through pasadena or santa monica community colleges not COC (where im at). UCSD is not included in HITE the program Im certified in. I know my GPA is low, but does anybody know how impacted Econ: Managment Science is at UCSD? Any constructive criticism is welcome.

If you're IGETC, I would feel safe with a 3.3, but a 3.0 is border. My transfer counselor told me last year that with a 3.1 my chances were about 30%. I got my GPA up to a 3.45 and got in. Ya know, I say it's a crapshoot. You're chances are not good, but there were people that got in last year with a lower GPA. I am not sure about undergrad, but the grad MBA at UCSD is only like 3 years old, so maybe they're willing to take lower GPA's. The only majors at UCSD that are impacted for transfers are at The Jacobs School of Engineering.

Thanks for the imput. Yes ive finished my IGETC. Anyway ill pray
