Chancing and Distinction Between Dorms?

Hello, I am currently a high school senior perusing through housing options at UW-Seattle and I’m also wondering about my chances as well?

Just a quick run down, I live in Idaho. I have an unweighted GPA of 4.0, SAT (new) score of 1370, an ACT score of 30, senior coursework that includes IB HL Spanish, a year long pharmacy technician course (plus potential externship), and I will have approximately 50 college credits attained in a span of the past two years from state universities and colleges. I have also been serving in Student Council for two years, volunteering in NHS, and as a writing consultant weekly. Without taking into consideration of anything else, are my chances good?

I have been researching dorms and I am curious as to what is the difference between a" double" dorm and a “shared single”? There are two halls (Maple and Lander) that offer the latter but I’m not so sure what’s unique about it? I would appreciate the insight on it.

Here are virtual tours of the two halls you are asking about. They are on the UW Housing YouTube channel.
