So I’m in the college of agricultural and environmental sciences probably because of some decision some long time ago. I think it was because I put undeclared as my major. I’m planning on majoring in some biological science.

Does it matter which college I’m in if I’m dead set on having a pre-med route? Will it affect anything at all? Will orientation be different if I go to the agricultural one? Can I change it? Should I change it? How would I change it?

You won't be able to change until winter quarter. Just take some GE classes and hold tight until then.

It doesn't matter what college you're in, let alone what major you're in. In fact, you don't even have to declare till before 90 units (usually the end of your sophomore year). For example: I was a Political Science major working towards Computer Science since freshman year, and just this quarter I transferred successfully to CS.

Just do well in the classes you take (I've heard some college changes require a 2.75+ GPA), and you'll be just fine. In fact, just start working towards pre-med before you even declare or transfer. Take chem, bio, math, physics, english, whatever you want now. You can change your major up to the last quarter before your graduation.
