<p>i was admitted to ucla for fall 2008 and on may 1st decided not to submit my SIR. ive totally changed my mind. is there any chance in the world that they might let me go anyways? thanks for your help.</p>
<p>call UCLA now!! like, NOW. Call the admissions office, keep trying until you get a voice on the line and ask them this question. This happens all the time, but every instance I've heard of... it doesn't end the way we want it to.</p>
<p>aiyiyi! i just called but theyre not in. i think i'll call back at one, when the admissions advising is available. does anyone here know someone or heard of someone who appealed a late SIR??</p>

<p>i think a friend of a friend of mine did this (originally UCI, changed to UCLA) around July...so you have a good chance.</p>
