Hello everyone. I have been admitted to USC with a trustee scholarship. I think I may want to change my major to international relations. Does anybody know the best way to go about doing this? Also, am I bound to the major I listed on my application because I was given a scholarship? Thank you.

Also, I have not yet attended orientation. I would like to do so by the time I arrive so that my advisement placement is correct. Thank you.

I don’t think you’re bound to your major in any way and changing majors is a very common occurence.

Are you a CLAS student? I think you can just call their office and get it down since it’s the same division. If you’re transferring from a specialized school (ie: SCA, Marshall, Viterbi.) you should probably call UG admissions or the school you were admitted to to get specifics.
