Changing majors

I got accepted to UCLA, and I plan on going there. I put Mathematics/Applied Science as my major when I was filling out the application. However, now I'm wanting to change my major to Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology or Biochemistry.

Is this possible? If so, how can i do this? And should I attempt to change it right now, before I start there or should i try to change it later on?

The UCLA website says I should contact the department or else I will have an opportunity to change it at orientation. But I find this information to be rather unhelpful. How, if possible, can I change my major as soon as possible?

I’m in the same situation, I got accepted as Bio but I want to switch into Business Economics but it’s impacted and therefore I can only be accepted into that major. Is there any way to change?

@ twohearts11, all freshman admits going into College of Letters & Science are essentially treated as undeclared. You are likely to change your major 4+ times, so despite your feeling of urgency, UCLA is going to feel rather blas

I was just wondering… since you guys are talking bout Bizecon, and im not sure if i shud take the offer for this major, what exactly do u come of bizecon with??? is it considered an art cuz of econ??
