Hello. I applied as a biology major in November to UC San Diego, Santa Barbara, Irvine, Davis, Riverside, and Santa Cruz. However, over the course of the past few months I decided to change to engineering and as a result, I want to switch my major. Is there any way I can do that? I have looked around the application portal but there isn’t any option to change my major? Am I missing something or do I need to email them directly? Any help would be appreciated.
You need to contact (call) each school’s admission office. Most have a deadline in which you can make a major change since they have already started reviewing applications. I would go direct to the source and get the correct information.
